There are many great reastaurants in St Barth,
but there's only one Hideaway.
Popular with tourists and locals alike,
we serve good food, at good prices.
This year Maxim Dulchain takes over as Chef.
Our thanks to Frederic Joly who, after ten solid years,
has gone back to France to take over the family restaurant.
Maxim will introduce some innovations, but keep the successful
Hideaway traditions.
Pizza chef Johan 'Ciccio' Maziero
is celebrating (if that's the word) his tenth year with us,
and a new arrival in the family !

HAFIDA,
our ever smiling waitress, still working weekend evenings,
and lunchtimes.
We are child friendly, and will adapt to your kids' needs,
with prices to accomodate. If they make too much noise, we'll discreetly gag them.
Anything can happen depending on the crowd. Impromptu singalong nights,
Elvis impersonations...... the place even turns into a disco for an hour now and then.
Anyway, all that said, we look forward to seeing you,
as we head into 2012, we'll be hitting our 15th year,
and hope to be here for many more to come.
The Hideaway is a non-smoking restaurant,
but we do have a smoking terrace at the front.
Best to reserve by telephone, Andy isn't the quickest e-mail replier,
however if you do by e-mail, do it well in advance !
